Kind of late, huh? Well *
WovenLife convinced me to bring back my old contest, and thus, here it is!
This contest holds the same theme as the last. The theme is the "World" and can be portrayed in any manor. (As long as it makes sense after an explanation) For example, it can be a picture of a rotting corpse(will need an explination) or a field of different colors and kinds of flowers.
For further explination: landscapes and populations. Also things that have "World" as a hidden theme-in which case would need an explination. Or a picture of someone decorated in the world's images and colors.
Artwork mediums allowed:
Digital
Traditional
Photography
3-Dimensional
If there are enough (more than 4) pieces of artwork for individual categories, then they will not all be placed and graded under one category.
Also, if there are less than four entries in total, then this contest will be cancelled.
First Place:
3 Month DA Subscription
A digital/traditional painting (ex:
[link]) of up to four characters and a background.
Second Place:
1 Month DA Subscription
A digital/traditional painting (ex:
[link]) of up to one character and a background.
From July 7, 2009 to August 7, 2009 11:59pm GMT Central Time
This gives a month for the contest, if necessary, the deadline will be postponed.
Upload your submissions to DA and then send me a note titled "My Contest Entry" with a link to your deviation.
If that is inconvenient for you, then send it to me via email to kent_kaiba@yahoo.com and you may upload it later.

Nara-KunIf anyone wishes to be a judge, note me. However, I would much prefer it if you would enter the contest instead!
After judging is over, I plan to put the submissions up as thumbs in the results journal along with the 1st and 2nd place winners. If you do not wish for me to show your work, inform me when you submit it and I will not show it.
